Subscription Policy

1.1 Subscription Period and Renewal

All payments are month-to-month, except for yearly plans. When you sign up for our subscription service, the length of your initial subscription period will be outlined in your Subscription Agreement. Unless explicitly specified otherwise, the subscription will automatically renew. To prevent renewal, you must provide a notice of non-renewal as specified in Section 1.4.

1.2 Automatic Renewal and Authorization

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel or we cease to provide services under these terms. You authorize OmniSuite to charge your payment method on file for your subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes, unless you provide notice of non-renewal.

1.3 Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All fees for the OmniSuite Service and additional Professional Services are detailed in the Subscription Agreement and must be paid in advance. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Subscription Agreement or these Terms. Renewal fees will be based on the current pricing available on our website at the time of renewal.

You are responsible for all fees owed under your Subscription Agreement. Failure to make timely payments constitutes a breach of our terms, and OmniSuite reserves the right to discontinue your account or restrict access to services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information.

When you specify credit card payment or provide credit card information, you confirm your authority to use the card and authorize OmniSuite to:

Charge the card at the time of ordering OmniSuite Service or Professional Services.Charge recurring subscription fees as per the billing frequency specified in the Subscription Agreement.Charge renewal fees and applicable taxes at the time of subscription renewal.

Our secure third-party payment processor handles all transactions. Additional terms and conditions from the processor may apply. Charges may vary based on usage, promotions, subscription modifications, or changes in applicable taxes or fees. By agreeing to our terms, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method accordingly.

If alternative payment methods are agreed upon, invoices will be issued at the start of the agreement and prior to each billing period. Payments are due within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum allowable by law, whichever is lower. OmniSuite reserves the right to withdraw approval for alternate payment methods at any time.

We may apply outstanding fees to any available credit in accounts under your control, in compliance with the law. You are responsible for covering all costs, including legal and collection fees, incurred during the collection of unpaid fees.

1.4 Cancellation and Non-Renewal

1.5 Additional Components

Subscription Plans

OmniSuite offers flexible subscription options, including monthly and annual plans. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are available on our website. Changes to your selected plan may impact your billing cycle and fees.

Account Management

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including billing details and contact information. OmniSuite will not be responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

Price Changes

OmniSuite reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, and the new pricing will apply at the time of renewal.

Additional Charges

Certain features, including AI-generated content, premium tools, and additional user accounts, may incur extra charges. Details of such charges will be provided in advance.

Termination

OmniSuite may terminate your subscription in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services. Termination notices will be provided in writing, where applicable.

Privacy and Data Use

Your data will be handled in compliance with relevant privacy laws. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for subscription management.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding this Subscription Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
